- Consent: Where you provide “prior express consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), you agree that CustomerChain LLC may send informational SMS text messages via an automatic telephone dialing system.
- Message Types: This includes transaction receipts, two-factor authentication (2FA) requests, and occasional marketing/promotional messages.
- Frequency: You may receive a maximum of 20 marketing SMS messages per calendar month. This is in addition to transactional and 2FA requests.
- Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to cancel future marketing messages. Transaction receipts and 2FA requests will still be sent if you initiate new transactions.
