These messages may include transaction confirmations, account alerts, security notifications, verification codes, trading updates, promotional offers, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and preferences.
You are not required to consent to receiving SMS messages as a condition of using CustomersChain’s OTC trading services, and you may opt out at any time.
By consenting, you certify that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to receive SMS messages at the number provided.
COSTS & DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
CustomersChain does not charge fees for SMS messages, but you are responsible for all charges from your mobile carrier, including text messaging and data charges.
The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your trading activity and notification preferences.
For questions about charges, contact your mobile service provider.
CustomersChain is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
OPT-OUT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to the number from which you received messages.
You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out request.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CustomersChain unless you re-subscribe by texting “START” or through your account settings.

Your mobile phone number and SMS interaction data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with CustomersChain’s Privacy Policy available at www.customerschain.com/privacy.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
CustomersChain and its mobile service providers are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages, or for any damages arising from SMS communications.
You agree to indemnify and hold CustomersChain harmless from any claims arising from your use of SMS services or your violation of these SMS Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service, change message frequency, or discontinue the SMS program at any time with or without notice.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These SMS Terms are governed by the same laws and dispute resolution provisions as CustomersChain’s main Terms of Service.
